Originally from New Jersey, Kitty moved to Sydney in 2013 and transitioned into a new career as a Yoga student and teacher. She is an 800hr certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Yin Teacher and soon to be Yoga Therapist. When teaching vinyasa sequences she loves combining a strong practice with mindfulness, connecting our outer world to our inner landscape. As a Yoga Therapist, Kitty has focused her research on using breathing techniques to help manage stress and anxiety. Everyone experiences stress and anxiety and the ancient practices of yoga have been proven to help us manage these different states of being.
